How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open your Apple ID subscription settings to manage or cancel a subscription purchased through the App Store. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account and data?
Use the account deletion option in Neckly's Settings. You can also contact us at the email above for help with a data request.
Is Neckly medical advice?
No. Neckly is a general wellness app and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Stop exercising and consult a healthcare professional if you experience severe, persistent, or worsening symptoms.
