Forward Head Posture is a posture pattern where the head sits ahead of the shoulders — usually developing from long-term screen use. In this posture, the load on the cervical spine rises well above normal: as the head shifts forward, the neck muscles have to work continuously harder to keep it balanced. Over time this can lead to chronic tension, headaches, and shoulder/upper-back discomfort. Forward Head Posture is a reversible habit — regular chin tuck exercises and posture awareness can improve it noticeably, but it takes patience; a habit built over years won't change in a few days.
